Orders & Delivery

Shipping support

Shadevera orders generally ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery timing can vary based on destination, carrier movement and seasonal volume. You can review the full delivery details on our Shipping Information page.

Once tracking is available, use the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit Order Tracking. If tracking has not updated yet, allow the carrier a little time to scan the package into transit.

Contact us as soon as possible through Contact Support. Address updates are only possible before an order has entered shipment processing, so include your order number and the corrected address clearly.

Frame measurements are typically shown on each product page when available. Look for lens width, bridge width and temple length. These numbers help compare a new frame against eyewear you already own and enjoy wearing.

The fit depends more on the frame shape and dimensions than the lens category. Sunglasses may feel more substantial because of lens tint and frame coverage, while optical and blue-light frames often focus on lighter daily wear.

Store frames in a protective case when not in use, especially inside bags or travel luggage. Keep lenses facing upward on clean surfaces and avoid leaving eyewear in high heat for long periods.

Use anti-fog wipes only according to the product instructions. If a lens has a special coating, handle it gently and test with care. When uncertain, choose a microfiber cloth and lens-safe cleaner first.
